Maintenance excludes
- New features, feature expansion, substantive redesign, and AI work.
- Content production, third-party charges, and usage-based costs unless expressly included.
Support: Support uses the general contact path; it is not a formal ticket service or guaranteed response-time SLA.
Third-party costs: Third-party or usage-based charges are disclosed and quoted separately unless expressly included.
Future-work discount: Clients enrolled in the managed plan receive 15% off eligible, separately quoted future AI work and additional website features; the monthly plan fee is excluded and the discount does not stack.
